Useful for converting files which are available in zip format. Download the zip file, unzip and convert to pdf.

@jnagyjr pdf2html won't do it, the feature in question is the reverse, html2pdf (but with clickable links.... not just printing to pdf)

There's a Unix utility (not sure if it has a Windows port yet) that can do this called pdf2html, until Nitro gets the feature it might be worth looking into.

Do the conversion locally instead of uploading to your servers and back. I tried by posting a big page on the web and still wasn't able to covert it for your servers are too busy.

I download and read a lot of e-books that come in HTML. If I were able to open in the browser and convert to pdf for storing it would be great. Now I have to copy and past into Open Office.oo then convert which is a pain.

We have an weekly newsletter that we email as an HTML-formatted attachment. I keep a copy of each issue on my hard drive. For archive purposes, I'd like to convert it to PDF since PDF embeds all the text and images into a single document.

I often email pages that I find interesting in pdf format but I don't want all the ads. I go to the print page and it would be nice to turn the print page into a pdf. - thanks

Gill, we aren't planning on charging money for PDF Download, so yes, if this feature was added it would be free.

I agree with kimberlyhyndman wholeheartedly because it's not that big of a hassle to save the secured page locally and it will take a lot of the headaches out of managing a security system for your servers to preserve users privacy

I often store web pages from orders I have placed to keep the hot links in them. But after the item is received, it would be nice to convert it to pdf for archival purposes.

this would be a better option for the secured files. we can save them to our computer and convert them that way.
