    Unless you have memorized the entire document there is no way one could decide the order they would want the pages unless they could read it. The preview is way to small.

    fix the upload form so that it appears on the page.

    The upload form (and browse for file) does not appear in the browser window, so it your online form is useless.

    Add an option to flatten the output, so grossly oversized PDF's (usually from pagemaker or similar programs), can be nice & small.
