Unless you have memorized the entire document there is no way one could decide the order they would want the pages unless they could read it. The preview is way to small.

The upload form (and browse for file) does not appear in the browser window, so it your online form is useless.

To .jpg, .tif, .gif, and .bmp instead of just .pdf

this would allow completing forms that were not designed for acrobat completion yet not infringe upon your Nitro product

Automatically create bookmarks (e.g. for each section) and/or allow users to explicitly create bookmarks in the PDF.

Add an option to flatten the output, so grossly oversized PDF's (usually from pagemaker or similar programs), can be nice & small.
